Tracked Services
You can check the tracking information for your order either by following the link in the despatch confirmation email, or from the 'my account' area of our site.
If your order is showing as delivered, but you've not received it, then we suggest checking that a helpful neighbor hasn't taken delivery on your behalf. If the delivery was to a work address, then check with your post room or wherever deliveries are normally made to for your company.
If the tracking information shows a failed delivery attempt, then a card should have been posted through your door with details of how you can arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
Non-Tracked Services (normally First Class Post)
Deliveries by first class post normally take 1-3 working days, however on rare occasions this can take longer and the Royal Mail will only class an item as being lost 14 working days after posting.
If an item hasn't arrived a week after it was sent, we normally advise checking with neighbours and in any other places that the delivery person may have left the item safe. It may also be worth checking with your local Royal Mail delivery office, as the item may have been returned there if nobody was at home to take delivery (they do normally leave a 'while you were out' card in these circumstances, however we do find that these can sometimes be mistaken as junk mail and discarded in error) |
