All we do ask is that you return any unwanted items to us at your own expense within 30 days of receipt and that you take good care of the product and its packaging and instructions, by all means feel free to try the item out, as long as you can do so without causing any damage.

We're unable to offer a refund for items that have been damaged (marked, scratched etc), that have obviously been used (candle sticks returned covered in wax, ashtrays complete with ash, bottle openers covered in beer, rubbish bins full of rubbish etc.) or that are returned with any parts (including packaging) missing. (so don't throw the box away until you're sure you're happy!)

Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase, we can not make a refund to a different card and under no circumstances will a refund be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or any other means.
