Shop Online Pay Offline
PayOffline lets you shop with us online and pay in person by cash or debit card at any one of over 17,000 PayZone outlets across the UK.
PayOffline is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the benifits of shopping online, but are either nervous about making online cards payments, don't have a credit or debit card, or would just rather pay by cash.
PayOffline uses a barcode system that allows you to make over the counter payments at any participating payment outlet. PayOffline is an easy, convenient and safe method of paying for your online purchases.
How It Works
- Add items to your shopping cart, when you're ready to order click on 'checkout'
- Complete your contact and delivery details
- On the Payment page, select 'PayOffline' (theres no need to enter your credit/debit card details)
- Once you've confirmed your order, print off the PayOffline Payment slip (don't worry if you can't print it out, simply make a note of the 19 Digit number below the bar code)
- Take your PayOffline Payment Slip to any one of over 17,000 PayZone outlets and hand it to a cashier (or tell them the barcode number)
- The cashier will scan your Payment Slip and take payment for your order.
- Once you've made your payment, PayOffline notify us that the payment has been made and we process your order.

Q: How do I know that PayOffline web sites are safe?
A: All participating web sites are approved and credit checked by PayOffline prior to joining the scheme so you can be confident that they are genuine sites.
Q: I don't have a printer - how can I use PayOffline?
A: If you don't have a printer, just make a note of the barcode number and the amount payable that appears on your screen and ask the cashier to key this in manually instead of scanning the barcode.
Q: I've lost my barcode - what can I do?
A: Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of our website, then click on the 'view' button to see your order. Towards the bottom of the screen you'll see a link saying 'Reprint PayOffline barcode Payslip'
Q: I've lost my barcode - am I at risk?
A: Your bar code contains no personal details about you - only your transaction. If someone finds your barcode, all they can do is pay for your purchase.
Q: Does PayOffline delay the completion of my online purchase?
A: Unlike other methods of payment, where a credit or debit card is being used to make an online purchase, your delivery will be dependent on when you make your payment.
