faulty goods

If you receive an item from us which is defective you may return it to us for a full refund (including the cost of returning the item to us)

If an item is found to be defective upon receipt, or it develops a fault within the first 30 days we will replace it with a brand new item.

If an item develops a fault within the guarantee period, (which is at least 1 year on all items) then we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced if the item is not repairable.

We can not offer a refund for any items returned to us after 30 days.
