damaged goods

We do our best to ensure that all items we sent out are well packaged so that they reach you in perfect condition. However on rare occasions, items can get damaged in transit.

Please notify us of any damaged items either by emailing us or completing a return request and we will arrange for the item to be replaced or a refund made.

Please check any items for damage as soon as possible after they arrive as we may not be able to accept any claims for damage made more than 7 days after delivery.
